Refund policy

Our Standard

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and in accordance with U.S. consumer protection and hygiene standards, all BUNMI COLLECTION products are considered final sale. This policy protects the integrity, safety, and quality of every unit provided to our guests.

Under U.S. consumer law, retailers are permitted to establish and enforce their own return policies when clearly disclosed prior to purchase. As a hygiene-sensitive product, hair extensions cannot be restocked or resold once handled, opened, or altered.

For this reason, BUNMI COLLECTION does not offer returns or refunds.

Exchanges for Defective Items Only

Exchanges will only be considered if the item is confirmed to be defective or if there was a fulfillment error on our part.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be defective upon receipt, or incorrect from your original order

  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery

  • The item must remain unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in original packaging

  • All security seals, tags, and packaging must remain fully intact

Any item that has been installed, worn, altered, washed, brushed, combed, cut, colored, or otherwise tampered with will not be eligible for exchange.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by BUNMI COLLECTION.

If approved, BUNMI COLLECTION will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item is received and verified, a replacement will be issued.
